Even at six years old, I knew teaching would be my career path. Looking back, I realize the minute I stepped into Mrs. Leonard's first grade class, I was learning how to become a teacher.

Mrs. Leonard made learning come to life with her passion and love of teaching. I possess the same passion as Mrs. Leonard and share this with my students, along with my love of mathematics.
